Visitors from the Russian Federation to the UAE now get visa on arrival

Citizens of the Russian Federation will be granted entry visa at all UAE entry points.

Please be informed that as per news reports citing the approval of Cabinet Decision No. 24 for 2017 by His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, citizens of the Russian Federation will be granted entry visa at all UAE entry points.

The decision states that effective 1 February 2017, citizens of the Russian Federation will be granted an entry visa for 30 days for the first time and renewable one time only for another 30 days, as per UAE regulations.
