This mosque-the oldest in the UAE,situated on the shores of the Indian Ocean,is reportedly from the 1446.It's being called White Mosque or the Mosque in Al Bidyah, because of the near by village of the same name.

White Mosque in Al Bidyah, Emirate Ras Al Khaimah,is no monumental miracle of architecture, but the tiny building with four domes ,which supports a massive central pillar.Above the mosque are the two minarets ,usable as a watchtower.You can then enjoy the spectacular views of the sea and the Hajar Mountain.It's 500 km long and its central part create the Jebel Akdar2980 m, the highest mountain terrain in the UAE.
