The highest positioned restaurant in the world can obviously be nowhere else than in the highest tower Burj Khalifa in Dubai. 

 It was designed by the famous architect Adam Tihany. It's located at 122nd  floor of the tower,where only two floors above is the observation platform AT THE TOP.
